Gavin Johnson - Managing Director
Gavin founded IPAG (Ireland) Ltd in 1996; he has a post graduate MBS in Management Information Systems from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. His Master’s Thesis examined the effectiveness of Computer Based Training against the Psychological Principals of Learning.

While working at the forefront of the Irish internet development industry running the web development team of ONIVA a 120 person new media company Gavin gathered considerable experience in requirements analysis, information design, architecture, database & user interface design, programming, and project management.

During this time Gavin managed the software development of many concurrent projects, and has provided consultancy services for Irish, UK, Swiss and Japanese companies.

Gavin has driven the development of the WEB IN A BOX™ Content Management System (CMS) and Suite of Web Modules that allow IPAG’s clients complete control over their websites.

Kevin Gayer
Kevin graduated from IADT Dun Laoghaire in 2007 with an Honours Degree in Computing and Multimedia Systems. On graduating, he joined IPAG and has worked on course creation for mobile devices and on all projects in content entry, deployment and maintenance roles.

Gino Perfetti
Gino has a Master's Degree in Electronics from the University of Genoa and is a Software engineer with over 10 years experience in software specification, development, and testing. During this time he has held full time positions in Ansaldo Railway Signalling, Marconi, Siemens Italy, Siemens US and Microsoft.
